- The issue stems from our servers, not from your local internet connection, your equipment, or ISP throttling.
- You have not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing is prohibited).
3. After the 7-Day Period
Once the 7-day period has elapsed, no refund, whether partial or full, will be granted under any circumstances. We recommend requesting a 24h free trial before purchasing a long-term plan.
4. Refund Procedure
