Given the digital nature of the service, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable federal and state laws for digital content.
5. Liabilities
OptimTV shall not be held liable for service interruptions due to technical factors beyond our control.
6. Disputes
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law.
